Industrologic, Inc., announces the release of their T51 line of Single Board Computers and mating interface boards.
The T51 is an Atmel AT89C2051 microcontroller based single board computer that is extremely small and simple, yet versatile and easy to use. It includes all of the necessary circuitry for use as not only as a simple industrial controller, but as a convenient microcontroller development and educational tool as well. Included with every T51 is Tiny Machine Basic, a simple BASIC programming language that is preprogrammed into the microcontroller chip and included as source code as well.
The T51 is available in two versions, the T51 with a .1" header for the microcontroller port, and the T51-TB with additional screw terminal blocks for quick connection.
The T51-RSL is a general purpose interface board for the T51 that includes a Form "C" relay, an 8 position dip switch, and 8 LED's. It is the ideal add-on board when using the T51 in an educational environment, and can be used to create a number of versatile devices by changing the programming of the T51.
The T51-LCD is a front panel display board that includes a one line by 16 character LCD assembly and 3 pushbutton switches that can be read by the T51.
The T51 and T51-TB are both shipped complete with the items needed to place them into immediate service: A reference manual, wall-block power supply, RS-232 cable, and a software distribution disk including the source code for Tiny Machine Basic.
The T51-RSL and T51-LCD are both shipped with a reference manual and mounting hardware to make it quick and easy to use them with either the T51 or T51-TB.
