Industrologic, Inc., announces the release of their DCAMP2, Dual Channel DC Amplifier board.
The DCAMP2 Dual Channel DC Amplifier is a printed circuit board assembly designed to amplify low level DC voltages using a simple non-inverting operational amplifier (op-amp) circuit. It has uses both as an input and output buffer as well as a voltage amplifier.
The board includes 2 amplifier channels, both with low-pass filters and on-board multi-turn trimmer potentiometers to allow the gain for either channel to be adjusted from 1 to 101.
The stock amplifier board includes an Analog Devices AD823 FET input and "rail-to-rail" output dual op-amp, which can be operated from a single power supply voltage.
The circuit board features a small size (2.0" by 1.0" by .6" thick), yet includes no surface mount components. The op-amp is installed in a socket, allowing circuit development with other op-amp chips, and the filter is designed using through-hole components to allow easy modification of the filter frequency.
The circuit board includes screw terminal block connections for quick connections during prototyping, as well as mounting holes for easy installation in an enclosure for more permanent applications.
The DCAMP2 is shipped with a Reference Manual complete with schematic diagram, and can be easily modified for your particular application.
